Nurse Practitioner / Physicians Assistant

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Medical Director with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia, Alexandria, and Virginia Beach.

Provide advanced wound care assessments, treatments, and follow-up in various settings, including bedside procedures like debridement and dressing changes.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.

Utilize EMR systems for documentation and participate in care planning to reduce rehospitalizations.

Qualifications include Virginia licensure, preferred wound care or home health experience, strong clinical skills, and reliable transportation.
