The Psychiatrist, supervised by the Director of Behavioral Health and CMO, provides comprehensive psychiatric care to a diverse patient population, ensuring high-quality services within established protocols and policies.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, prescribing medications, collaborating with therapists, and monitoring patient progress. They also oversee compliance with regulatory standards, participate in quality improvement activities, and maintain accurate documentation.

Additionally, they provide leadership and supervision to behavioral health staff, foster effective communication, and support clinic programs. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, experience in high-volume settings, and proficiency in clinical and administrative tasks.

Qualifications include a valid California medical license, board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry, DEA registration, bilingual skills (preferred), and experience with electronic health records. The position is full-time, offering a salary of $385,000 annually, with relocation required to North Hollywood, CA.
