Compensation and Benefits: $140K+ base salary with productivity bonuses, 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision insurance, disability, life insurance, paid time off, professional development, and relocation assistance.

Requirements: CA NP or PA license (preferred), DEA certification (preferred), fluency in Spanish (preferred), ability to commute or relocate to Porterville, CA.
