Seeking a full-time Speech/Language Pathologist to join a dedicated rehab team at a skilled nursing facility with 136 beds.
Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, and developing care plans and therapeutic interventions for residents with speech, hearing, swallowing, and cognitive disabilities, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and licensing guidelines.
Oversee and provide therapy to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing skills.
Requirements: Graduate degree in Speech/Language Pathology, CCC-SLP, and valid Massachusetts SLP license; experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment is preferred.
