We are hiring immediately for a full-time Licensed Clinical Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Mental Health Therapist with a salary range of $65,000-$90,000/year (based on experience).
Provide addiction counseling and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor client progress.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the treatment team.
Stay current with behavioral health best practices and pursue ongoing professional development.
**Requirements:**
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
Certifications such as Certified Addiction Counselor Level II required; additional licenses preferred.
Experience with inpatient treatment and addiction counseling.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, commitment to ethical practice.
