Seeking an RN Supervisor for a 132-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility.
Responsible for overseeing nursing operations, managing resident care from admission to discharge, and collaborating with residents, families, physicians, and staff to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
Utilize independent judgment, problem-solving, and team leadership to ensure quality care.
Manage IV medications, respiratory assessments, treatments, and medication pass.
Shifts are 12 hours, evenings and overnights (7 PM – 7 AM), with some weekends; both full-time and part-time positions available.
