We are hiring a licensed Independent Social Worker to provide comprehensive behavioral health services in a new agency.

Responsibilities include individual, group, and family therapy, clinical assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and crisis intervention.

Coordinate care with referral agencies, participate in team meetings, support discharge planning, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Support trauma-informed care and staff training, and assist with audits and reviews.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree, valid LISW licensure, experience with evidence-based interventions like CBT and DBT, and 8-10 years of relevant experience preferred.

Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $72,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
