Speech Therapist

Seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing therapy, documenting progress, collaborating with staff, and educating residents, families, and team members.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Valid state licensure

Preferred CCC-SLP certification; CFY considered

Experience in geriatrics or skilled nursing preferred

Strong communication and documentation skills
