We are seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide evaluation, treatment, and education for residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting.

Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy services to improve residents’ communication and swallowing abilities.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document progress, and educate residents, families, and staff on strategies and precautions.

Supervise assistants and students, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a supportive environment.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid licensure in Oregon, and preferably, CCC-SLP certification. Prior experience in geriatrics or skilled nursing is preferred. This role involves 10 hours weekly, including weekends.
