Join a Level 1 Trauma Center in Buffalo, NY, as a *Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM & R) Physician* within an experienced team of four providers.

Lead the CARF-accredited Medical Rehabilitation Unit & Outpatient Clinic, collaborating on patient admissions and developing personalized care plans.

Manage approximately 10 inpatients and participate in quality improvement activities.

Provide outpatient services in the PM&R clinic, with opportunities to shape departmental vision.

Schedule options include full-time, M-F hours with call as needed, offering flexible shifts and on-call duties.

Qualifications: MD or DO, BC/BE in PM&R.

Compensation ranges from $260K to $370K annually, with benefits such as sign-on bonus, relocation, PTO, CME, health and retirement plans, malpractice insurance, loan assistance, and visa sponsorship.

Work is in person, requiring relocation assistance, with a flexible schedule and diverse shift options.
