Seeking a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a PRN basis to support a Life Plan Community’s Rehabilitation Therapy department in Harrogate, NJ.
Key responsibilities include:
Evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders
Developing individualized treatment plans and goals
Educating residents, caregivers, and families on therapy techniques
Collaborating with the rehab team to coordinate care
Documenting services accurately and timely
Participating in case conferences as needed
Qualifications required:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current NJ SLP license
Experience with geriatric populations preferred
Schedule includes PRN day shifts (8-hour shifts). The position is in person at the facility.
