Supervise nursing staff, enforce clinical protocols, and maintain documentation accuracy using EMR/EHR systems like Cerner, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks. Oversee patient assessments, procedures, medication administration, and discharge planning, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and NCQA. Manage specialized procedures, infection control, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in various units including ICU, NICU, geriatrics, and trauma centers. Ensure staff training on new protocols, uphold safety standards, and participate in patient education and chronic disease management initiatives. Require valid RN license, extensive clinical experience, proficiency with EMR systems, and strong leadership skills. Knowledge of coding, healthcare laws, and working with diverse populations is preferred.
