Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician

We are seeking a dedicated *Interventional* *Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician (Physiatrist)* to join our healthcare team.

Provide outpatient rehabilitation, conduct exams, and develop personalized care plans focused on functional recovery.

Perform procedures such as joint injections, RF ablations, and spine stimulation trials.

Participate in quality improvement, teaching, or research initiatives.

Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulations.

**Qualifications include:**
MD/DO, Board Certified or Eligible in PM&R, valid NY license, excellent communication skills, and experience in pain management is a plus.
