Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 1 year of experience in wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, VA.

Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in various settings.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuous patient care.

Utilize EMR systems for documentation and educate patients and caregivers on wound management.

Participate in care planning to reduce rehospitalizations.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, typically ending by 5:00 pm, with no after-hours work. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $130,000 annually, negotiable based on experience, with additional benefits like training, a company vehicle, and travel opportunities.

Qualifications include licensure in Virginia, strong clinical skills, and effective communication. Home health experience is a plus. People with criminal records are encouraged to apply.
