Seeking a full-time Speech/Language Pathologist for a 136-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility, working Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities include screening, evaluating, and developing care plans and interventions for residents with speech, hearing, swallowing, and cognitive disabilities, following state and federal guidelines and maintaining licensure.
Oversee and provide therapy to enhance communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing skills.
Requirements: Graduate degree in Speech/Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, Massachusetts SLP license, with preferred experience in dysphagia evaluation and at least one year of clinical experience.
